Ridicolous services
Dear DHL you are the biggest *******. I paid you a fortune to deliver a parcel, weeks later it never arrived. It's been there at porth health for almost 1 week now speak to one of your clearance department that porth health required a products description what inside the box which is isent already on the 08th November.. You i just received an email that the porth health has approved the labelling and i need to print them on sticky labels send to dhl .. I Don't understand what sticky labels dhl talking about because i sent products description via pdf file now you want me to print all that because that is the actual products inside the box not labels the products already have have packaging why they want now a sticky labels for what>?
Will never ever use again dhl and tell all my friends not to use it..

I do understand how you feel currently in regards to the clearance of your shipment.
Please be advised whilst DHL makes every effort to facilitate customs clearance on a shipment in a timely manner, Port Health is a government entity and we have to abide by their rules.
I will contact my imports in regards to your request and will give you an update on Monday.
