Review of my service

I would like to thank and acknowledge bianca Jordaan from dhl za .it only took one call with her to solve my problem about my delivery that took more than 4 days to be delivered. Out of all the agents about 10 l called shes the only one that solved my problem. Not only that but l was humbled to even get a follow up call making sure l received my parcel which is high professionalism and treating our cases with urgency. Thank you so much Mrs bianca l wont miss my flight!
