Refund from DHL not yet received. #kurough

I contacted DHL considering that they are reputable company than has been established for years and I can entrust them to pick up my iphone12, sign for it, and deliver it to my home. I made payment and they acknowledged receipt on the 09/04/2021. It took them 14 days to realise that they cant collect and sign for the package because their company policies dont allow their couriers to display their ID no. The shipment was cancelled and I asked them for the REFUND. Do date I have still not receive my refund and have emailed them twice the banking form the request, actually thrice considerng today. The refund is still not in my bank account. #daylight*******
