REF : Tax requested to be paid on lost personal documents !!!

<p>I got the reply from Nosicelo Manentsa but no mention on when the issue will be resolved and who will tak the responsibility that my shippment is kept with DHL for whole month.</p> <p>Tried to call the DHL manager in Windhoek, Mrs Jennine, but she is avoiding my calls and sms-s saying that she has an emergency to deal with. I think my issue should be priority. How long do I have to wait this time? A week ,a month or whole year? I want some answers and exact times.</p> <p>Just spoke to Jennine right now and it seems she is not aware of my case at all.
