Redemption

<p>After having a terrible experience with DHL, they have really redeemed themselves. I appreciate the manner in which they handled my complaint, and to make up for the inconvenience they reimbursed me, sent me a travel mug and a 50% off vouher. </p> <p>I decided to give them another chance, using this voucher, and this time they did not dissapoint. My parcel was picked up on time and delivered early the next day. </p> <p>Thank you DHL</p>
