Hi, truck (FV 40 RR GP) flashing lights to overtake at 100 km/h on the R21, and changing lanes with no indicators on the 13th Feb 2018 at 11:03.

I attempted to contact you on the number provided but was only able to leave a voice note.
I have forwarded your complaint to the fleet manager who will address the issue and implement corrective action. I am aware that this not only puts the DHL Express brand in disrepute but also endangers the lives of fellow road users, hence my appreciation for the effort you took to to send this complain.
I will contact you tomorrow morning at 10:00AM to further discuss your concern
