REAP OFFS AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

im disgusted an dissapointed a bout your service and the *********** staff you have, this is my first time sending parcels to west africa and i find it weired that i have to pay R2600 for shipment and when the parcels get to nigeria the receiver is being told to pay a sum of about R2400(6400N) to ****en get their delivery, i mean this is a reap off and no one told me about this madness because had i known i would not have used your services, this is unfair you prey on poor customers and hide other information if indeed that how you operate then we have a problem, i need someone to call me and tell me how to solve this nonsense as explained in the store that you Pay R2600 to send and i want my parcel to be send to the reveiver right away DHL i dont need any stories YOU ALL ARE A BUCH OF REAP OFFS, and to top it all the idiot i spoke to at the nigerian office cant even explain what the amount is for exactly...
