RAM TACKING OVER DELIVERY
Placed an online order- it states that it does take 3- 5 working days, which I don't have a problem with. I do however have a problem, that because DHL does NOT COVER THE AREA I'm in, they send the parcel back to the airport - delaying my delivery, NOT GIVING ME A NEW TRACKING number for RAM tacking over my delivery. No contact with me, rather then sending it all the way back to the airport, and maybe arranging for pick up by me?? No RAM will be in contact with me, I'm sorry I don't see it as being my problem that you don't cover my area. DHL RSA has no form of service delivery whatsoever.

I assure you , that this incident does not represent the level of Service DHL prides itself with . Shipment was scheduled for delivery for the 08/09/2019 but upon scrutinize of waybill details – We picked up that shipment had INCORRECT CITY/TOWN details , as porvided by shipper . The area of delivery was noted as an outlaying – DHL use’s the Service’s of a third party sub contracter to assist with deliveries in these area’s. This consignment was then forwarded back to the correct handover Station on the 09/09/2019 , handed over to our Third party on the 10/09/2019 and was subsequntly delivered on the 11/09/2019 at 09:25 received by Natasha.
