****** Dhl cost me R12 000, agents tell me to forget and move on.

Dhl have cost me R12 000. Dhl is ******, they don't have any respect for customers if you are a person of colour. I have been trying to get assistance with a refund for 3months now!!! Dhl refuses to refund me for the mess they created. People never answer the phone, if they do answer you get put on hold and then you must wait 30min while this person has a cup of tea. They never call back, they never know what's going on, every time I call I am told something different, I must log the same case every time I call. I've dealt with many people like Ntombi, Akhona, Thabiso, and even someone claiming to be the manger. None of them have assisted me. Sometimes you can hear them talking and laughing in the background about customers. I've never experienced this appalling excuse for service. I've spent well over R2000 airtime calling them. They take it as a joke. I guess the joke is on me.
