Query still unresolved

Hi There, I am trying to get this issue now resolved since the 6th of October and still no close to the end? I am also trying to reach Abri on *** for 2 weeks and not returning my calls, always in meetings. On requesting to speak to Abri's boss then was told they are also in meetings. This is becoming clear why nothing get's resolved as all the managers are in meetings? Is there anyone else which have the time to speak to me and get me feedback?
