pretends to deliver to an address but hands over to non existent postal service. NON DELIVERY

on 5 Sep 2025 I ordered a planner and paper inserts from happyplanner.com. They apparently use DHL to deliver in South Africa. My home address was supp**** for delivery. DHL apparently handed over my parcel to the SA postal service on 25 Sep. The tracking number they provide says to check the German postal service when i input it into the SA postal service site. When I went to a physical post office, they said the tracking number from DHL does not exist. DHL has a bot only that says it does not understand the question, "Where is my package being delivered to?". They charged over USD40 just for the delivery of two small notepads. I have no way of getting my parcel. The phone number supp**** by DHL for checking delivery status does not work (***).
