POOREST SERVICE.
I can not say how disappointed we are with the service we have received from DHL. We have tried to send a parcel to Botswana which now has been on hold for two weeks. It is beyond absurd and no one from the company is responding to our queries. AVOID DHL. Their service sucks!!!
