POOR SERVICE84
We are waiting for a parcel which was sent from a friend in Romania as a gift for my kids.was meant to arrive on Friday 16 September 2022,which never happened, then DHL send they needed invoices for all the items in the parcel, gave that to them,next thing they said there is an import duty to pay of R2000,so was forced to pay this,the parcel with the goods cost less,anyway paid that,now the next thing they say is the parcel is held at customs because of a box of chocolates in the parcel. I paid DHL alot of money and have received a very poor service,I will never use them again.
