POOR SERVICE NO COMUNICATION !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Poor service no communication, why pay for a delivery on a specific date but yet that does not happen and then no communication from DHL on the parcel delays. This is the worst service ever. And when you call and follow up the information, they need is there so all this is is wasting time and delays from there side and then the agents have the nerve to say this is the process. No this is not if your deliver a service make sure your processes are i place and that you have competent staff checking the paperwork, as this has now been two days where a parcel has been put on hold for information that is right there with DHL really come on is this the service you want to provide to your clients.
