Poor service from DHL
I have a parcel with DHL and seemingly they are not going to deliver because the person who was doing the after clearance process is on training. Is DHL one person that I have to Waite for until she comes back from training.
Their service is just disgusting. They have zero customer service. Can you imagine now I have to wait for an employee who is on training before I could get my parcel.
