Poor Service DHL!!!!!!

DHL!!! where to start!

I have now been waiting for more than two months for my shipment from DHL! The communication -10 out of 5 for sure i have to keep sending followup emails and after each 10 mails sent i get a useless reply with no value add to me! Come on you guys cannot market your services and then you dont deliver the promised services!1

first my shipment reached South Africa and i received a ton of mails and sms messages saying that we need to pay customs Clearance of R6000 this was paid immediately and then you went silent? i followed up and up and then received a mail saying that two forms are needed, there are no forms attached and how must i know what is needed? after spending two hours on the phone i finally reached someone who helped me and sent me the forms, this was completed and sent back and guess what its now been 4 weeks and still no updates or movement on my shipment? this is seriously ridiculous to say the least, if i knew this was the kind of service that i was going to get i would of settled for any other service provider and i am sure it would of been cheaper as well.

i am so disappointing in the service that i wished i never made use of DHL! The south African post office is working faster that you at this stage.
