Poor Service

If I had known that Revibe uses DHL as their courier service, I would not have purchased the phone. I have been waiting for my parcel for three weeks now, and it still hasn't been delivered.

If Revibe continues using DHL, I believe they will lose customers. First, I was asked to submit a clearance letter, which I did, but my shipment has still not moved. To be honest, this is terrible service.

At this point, I wish I could even cancel my order. To make matters worse, when you call DHL, you are left holding for more than 30 minutes, and in the end, no one answers the call.

This is not my first time ordering something from outside South Africa, and I have never experienced such poor service with any other courier company. DHL has been the worst courier experience I have ever had. I regret I repeat I regret
