Poor Service and no feedback to customers

This is one of the worst parcel delivery companies you can get was sent a sms yesterday to say my parcel will be delivered waited the whole day no delivery got a sms message at 17:00pm to tell me that delivery could not be done as there was no one at home they did not even give me a call i immediately phoned DHL to tell them that i was at home and no one came to deliver the parcel i told them also that i have camera footage of the day and that i was prepared to show them but they where not interested in helping me to date they cannot tell me where my parcel is this is poor service i have received better service from Buffalo Logistics in SA they charges is much lower and give a better service.
