Poor Service
I booked a collection for my parcel on Tuesday 8 June with an estimated delivery of Thursday 10 June. Today is Friday 11 June i haven't even received a tracking number and the item is not even collected. The agent is not respinding to my email. This is poor service

This level of incompetence is disheartening for a company so international. Am disappointed to my core by your service. let alone how you handle our complaints
