Poor service

Parcel delayed for 4 days after arriving in South Africa,, No one from DHL South Africa contacted me (customs costs to be payed and DHL costs) to inform me of the issue, I had to eventually contact the myself to sort the problem out, even then I got the back and fourth from them. I had a previous shipment for them and it was prompt and they kept me up to date, not this time however.
