Poor service
I paid R1600 for collection from Soweto to nelspruit on the 4th November and I was advised that it will be delivered on the 7th, to my surprise the parkage was returned to me on the 8th because I ddnt create the waybill. On the same day it was collected again and I was advised that it will be delivered on Monday since they don't work on weekends, today it's the 15th and no one knw where is my parkage I received a notification on the 13th at 19:00saying it was delivered but when I asked my sister she said she did not receive anything meaning it was dropped off at the wrong address even after I repeatedly asked them to deliver by 17:00. YESTERDAY BONGIWE PROMISED TO CALL ME WITH AN UPDATE BEFORE END OF BUSINESS THAT WAS NOT DONE EVEN THIS MORNING I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED A CALL REGARDING THIS MATTER THIS IS THE 2ND TIME AM EXPERIENCING SUCH

I have looked into your case - The arear of delivery is noted as an outlaying area . Please note that DHL , ( as stated in the terms and conditions at the back of your waybill) - does an Express Service in these area's . We use the service's of aThird Party sub contracter, therefore overnight delivery is not guaranteed .
I see Shipment was delivered 11/11/2019 at 16:13 received by Emma.
