Poor Service

My package arrived in SA on Sunday morning. I have submitted all necessary information and I have paid the required customs fees.

Yesterday I was told that everything is sorted and no other information is required. Today morning when tracking my package I see that it's still sitting at customs stating " The clearance process for this shipment is ongoing with additional details required for clearance"

What is this? I was told everything is sorted and the package is on it's way from the warehouse?

Delivery is scheduled for tomorrow, I just hope I get it on time because I paid a lot of money for express shipping.
