Poor service
My shipment was supposed to be delivered today - as advised since the shipment was first collected. For some reason it took DHL several days to get the package released by customs and following a query they have just informed me delivery will only be on Monday. I needed the item this weekend. DHL system still shows as delivering today! Very poor service and misinformation
