Poor serive, non delivery

An Urgent letter was sent to me from Zambia on the 18th September 2019, we paid for urgent over night delivery for next day. On Friday 20 September 2019 a gentleman called me around 4pm that he is in Auckland park looking for my address. I told him i am in Aeroton Johannesburg South. He said he is coming till this day i have not heard from him. I called DHL on Monday they said they will deliver, i called them today the lady says they made an error on the delivery address someone will call me & till what no one has...
