Poor Poor Service from DHL
This is my second encounter with them. So after they lost my first package I got a replacement and still expect me to pay R450 yet again for their clearance department. This has been the most frustrating experience and I have been calling and holding for the past 30 min and even if you get disconnected or run out of airtime they dont get back to you. And their consultants are rude. I would strongly suggest people use other delivery services.

Kindly note, import vats and duties are not levied by DHL but Customs. DHL has no control over this process and we are obliged to follow due process.
Once payment is received the shipment will be delivered with 24-hours thereof.
