Poor / Pathetic service A -3 in my book

Totally pathetic does not cover their service. I shipped a package to Zimbabwe on the 27th of September. I tried to contact DHL in Zimbabwe to find out what the delay was but the number for Zimbabwe on the website does not exist. I called the local helpline but the number they could give also did not exist. How does DHL do business. They should warn you in advance that you should use another company. Giving them a 1 star is highly overrated. Wit a lot off trouble my kids got the package from DHL yesterday.
