Poor Express Services
My partner paid an exorbitant price trusting that the delivery of urgent documents would be on time as I was scheduled to travel and needed the documents for travel. The package took a week. I had to change flights and incur extra flight charges. After following up , customer services suggested that I pick up the package myself from the depot if it was so urgent. Such service is unacceptable when so much money is paid for Express services.
