Poor customer service
Yesterday I received an email from DHL with a form already marked for disposal package which I am expected to fill and send back, I don’t know who gave DHL a permission that they can discard my package without zero communication with me, I called in and I was transferred until I got dropped, I responded to the email and Mboni Rammusi isn’t bothering returning my emails either. The package is worth 6k + 1k shipping costs- I am guessing DHL will be liable for these amounts.

12 Apr 2024, 14:5914:39 I receive a call from DHL , I ask the person to call me in 5mins as I was on another work call, the person didn’t even acknowledge my request and they just hung up. 20mins later they still have not called.
