POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I contacted DHL with a query on my account where I paid an access amount and their customer service was the most unhelpful service. I was put through to FIVE different departments and no one assisted me. Eventually I gave up and still have had no help via email where I spoke to 2 different people from 2 departments. The agents dont seem to know who to speak to and when I asked to speak to a supervisor they refused! Totally unacceptable. Unkind and poor quality service!
