Poor Communication/Bad website/no feedback
Ordered a cd/dvd from Amazon chose and PAID for express 2/3 day delivery. Never had any issues before until now. Was contacted telephonically on 26th then no more communication whatsoever. Tried to track parcel on website to ascertain delivery but always seemed to be stuck in customs \no further information available". Called DHL yesterday and was informed the parcel was still in customs and NO DUTIES AND TAXES were payable as they were included. Tried to track on website again today ...no further info available!!! Called again and spoke to Randy...who said Duties and taxes needed to be paid???? and promised to get back to me.....am still waiting! All previous orders from Amazon include taxes and duties and are delivered in the 3 day period. Only DHL has issues. Appalling service and communication! """
