Poor and unprofessional service
Very disappointed with the service from DHL,i have been expecting a package from the UK for over 2 weeks,it was out for delivery today only to receive an email stating that the recepient refused the package.Ive been at home the whole day, no one called or communicated with me,now i have to wait a further 7 working days.Never using you again!
