Please advise where my package is
I have been tracking a parcel from Germany to SA - and the last status update is on 14 April 2023 at 15:28 and is "shipment is ready for pick up by recipient" I have called ***but it does not ring! I urgently need these legal documents. If someone can please advise where this is sitting?

Looking at the tracking number mentioned, RT***DE, I can confirm that your shipment is not moving with DHL Express but rather as part of Global Mail, under the DHL Deutsche Post Banner. Global mail , although trading under the DHL banner is one of 4 separate DHL companies which are not legally linked to each other and are standalone legal entities. This parcel did not move on the Express network but via Global Mail. Please contact the Post Office directy ****** or ***.
