Phenomenal Service!

Dear DHL.

I just want to take the time out to compliment Trishan Pillay on his exceptional service. I had a package of original documents that I was expecting from China and needed to be in my hands by no later than 2 June. I reached out to DHL on Friday and was assisted by Trishan. He was so friendly and assuring not to mention exceptionally helpful and super quick with responding. He assisted in arranging a redirect - an option I didn’t even know existed, so it would speed up the process of me receiving the documents. He even took time out on the weekend when he wasn’t working, to update me constantly regarding the delivery status. Thanks to him, I collected these documents yesterday instead of probably only receiving them in a weeks’ time or more! I would’ve been in serious trouble if he hadn't helped me out. Extremely grateful for the phenomenal service. I’ve never experienced such good customer service before and such efficiency. It’s usually excuses and holding on the line for what seems like hours. However this wasn’t the case. We need more Trishan's in this world :) Keep up the awesome service! I will definitely be using him in all my imports etc in the future.
