Personal Touch Service
I paid for express 2-5 days delivery service with a merchant in the states, but when I received tracking info, the delivery period was way out of that range. I contacted DHL help and was assisted by Violet Lekoko, what an awesome experience working with her. She listened to my request and did her best to accomdate me. I received a daily phone call with an update from her and she was able get my package routed and expedited to arrive within the the original paid for service!! Service way above expectations.
