Perpetual inefficiency and Bad Service

The level of inefficiency and unprofessionalism are at shocking levels at the DHL which is situated at the OR Tambo international Airport , Johannesburg in South Africa. They received my goods fours(4) days ago but still have not captured them on their system . This happens quiet frequently .when I called their offices four people failed to assist me and promised to call me but never did .
