Payment done no feedback no delivery no clearance

i have been waiting for a shipment for the past 3 weeks normally delivery is done in 3 days . dhl has stopped my packed on the 19 November 2015 and on the 23rd November 2015 dhl send me a email with an invoice to pay duties etc ,which I did immediately to dhl fnb account payment was made from fnb to fnb so payment would reflect immediately . till today 7 December 2015 my package has not been released even though I made all the payments . this is unfair as when you want payment we pay but we have no after service from you or customer service they only read a last comment on the system and say that but no one goes the extra mile to physically go to a department to see what is happening , I am waiting for a really long time for the shipment and I made all the payments you required ,<br> <br> I would like to know what is going on with my package . why is it taking so long to be released why is my package in state warehouse when I done payment immediately when invoice was sent . it suppose to move to state warehouse only if you never get payment .<br>
