Pathetic Sevice
Pathetic service I had returned a item for repair *** under warranty the item has returned to South Africa and they insist I pay after being told by DHL in UK their is no duties or taxes payable just cant the problem resolved

Kindly provide me with the waybill number that the shipment left the country under as this had to be exported under customs supervision to be exempted of duty payment upon its return. Please respond to my email with the details so that I can assist you.
