Pathetic Services
Got a call from the call centre to say - my Int package is there at customs, i need to pay R1100.00 something like that for the parcel. Was shocked that i have to pay that amount for 4 items that costed me R1000.00 !! The guy that phoned me, said he'll send me an email with a breakdown of the taxes and customs etc. That was 2 weeks ago - still nothing. I got an sms where i have to follow a link to pay the customs, open the link.. there i have to pay R1950.00 ***.. how on earth from R1100 to R1950 that i have to pay. So got in contact with the seller, told him i won't pay the customs, he can have to items back. Now trying to get DHL to send it back to sender, but i don't hear anything back from them. IF you ask me - damn useless !!!
