Pathetic service. No trust in DHL anymore.
I was supposed to get my passport from cape town shipped straight to my house. I payed my premiums for the fast shipping to my house. Its been 4 days since it’s been picked up at cape town. The problem is they never gave me a waybill number or any update email on my parcel. I need to fly in 2 days to America. Who will be held accountable for the price hike now that I had to do a rebooking. The Cape Town office that works with the us embassy just never answers their phones or email. I want to complain about the service, but what service can I complain about of I haven’t received any. I had to call around and waist R150 airtime just to investigate and find my passport. This is not how to treat business. Thank you. Hope this gets to the right ears.
