PATHETIC SERVICE FROM DHL INTERNATIONAL
I sent a package to France and expected delivery date was 16 September. I was not contacted by DHL with any updates. My friend contacted me on 17 September because he had not received the package in France. When I made contact via the contact centre, I was informed that the package never left South Africa! They never called me or emailed me to advise me of anything, nothing! This service is pathetic!
