Pathetic service by DHL
17 Sep I shipped samples to a potential client in Botswana, 12 days later, the shipment is still onroute to Botswana. this is after i spoke to 3 different people from DHL when i was enquiring about the delivery of the parcel. Worst experience by far VERY pathetic, it would have been cost-effective to send my parcel with Taxi drivers and get someone to collect it and deliver in Botswana
