Pathetic Service
Item ordered from Australia on 16th NOVEMBER 2015. Was shipped to the UK then to Frankfurt and arrived in SA on 23rd NOVEMBER 2015. Then laid around SOMEWHERE until the 19th JANUARY 2016, when DHL has the gall to say on their progress report \DELIVERY UNSUCCESSFUL\" and nothing further happened since then. E-mails have gone unanswered. Bit late for a 2015 Xmas present now, maybe by Xmas 2016..???"

This shipment was moving as part of the services offered from Germany called DHL Paket, under the DHL Deutsche Post Banner. Whilst we all operate under the DHL banner, we are different entities doing different functions, all operating separately with our own procedures and areas of excellence.
