Pathetic company
<p>Dhl express is so pathetic hey. We pay so much our stuff can be delivered early but hey they take their precious time. My parcel was cleared in 8:35 am this morning but almost 12 hours early it's still not here</p>

Please be advised that the clearance of your shipment was done in Johannesburg and there are processes to be conducted before it leaves for Durban where it has to be delivered. If the delivery address of your shipment was in Johannesburg then delivery was going to be arranged for today, however due to the distance it has to travel delivery can only be arranged for tomorrow.
I will request my Durban branch to prioritise your delivery for first thing tomorrow morning.
