PATHETIC AND DISGUSTING DHL SERVICE

We shipped household goods via air freight (mostly clothes and a few added items) to SA when we returned on the 14th December 2020. I have never in my life been so disgusted and appalled at the incompetence, poor customer service, broken and disjointed internal communication and lack of integrity and work ethics as I experienced with DHL. That a SARS employee should have to reprimand them and tell them to do their job (which they wanted me to do), is a disgrace!! Our goods' delivery were supposed to take between 7-10 days. That's why we spent a lot of money sending it by air freight. It arrived on our doorstep one day short of 5 weeks since our goods were picked up in the UK. People should be employed because they are competent and professional enough to do their jobs. For no other reason. Shame on you, DHL! I will never recommend your pathetic service to anyone else!
