Pathetic

<p>Would not recommend or use DHL Express South Africa again! Each and every consultant tells you a different story! No updates given unless I call the call centre, they request for payment to be made for customs, send you a SMS telling me my shipment will be delivered when payment is made, and another day later, no update is given or shipment delivered! </p>
