Parcel status has not changed in over a month
A parcel was sent to me in SA from Germany on 15 March, and as at 1 April the status has not changed on the DHL tracking site: "The shipment has left the import parcel center in the destination country/area. Destination country/territory: South Africa | Foreign shipment number: EK***DE | Fri, April 1, 2022, 1:49 p.m" There is no way for me to track this further. Please can DHL advise what is the status of this parcel as it has been over a month, now and when it will be delivered to me??

May I suggest on your tracking it should be updated to say to contact Post Office should another recipient experience this issue in future.
