Parcel shipped with 3 day delivery option still not delivered after a month
I have a parcel(2 handbags) that was shipped from Tanzania and arrived in SA on 28th July. The parcel has since been stuck at customs according to the DHL online tracker. I've called DHL for an update 3 to 4 times a week since, and all I keep getting is pretty much 'its stuck with customs and there's nothing we can do'.
The guy i'm dealing with seems friendly, Thabang Moeketsi, however there's just never any concrete answer in terms of what the hold-up is. I'm wondering if they actually follow up with customs.

SO DISSAPPOINTED AS I still havent heard anything. Its another full week now.
I reached out to Thabang again on Monday last week and he mentioned he has requested an exam report from customs, and that was it!!
Feels like a deep trap that i cant seem to get out of and its sooo disappointing coming from a big org like DHL.
WHAT ELSE DO I NEED TO DO? please advise!
