Parcel not moving

I had a parcel from Hong Kong and I paid all customs fees. Was promised it will be at the Isando branch late Friday. Was told to call so I make sure its put on the truck which I did. Called again on Friday and was told the parcel will go to Isando on Friday late or Saturday and I can collect once it shows it's at Isando.<br> <br> Today I track parcel hasn't moved, still showing processed at customs without moving. I call and get told today is holiday so the parcel won't go anywhere till Monday. Why didn't anyone inform me of this after wasting more than R100 o calls to them and being kept on hold why an emails is sent to whoever to make sure the parcel gets to Isando on Friday. Then I find out all of that was a waste, R100 wasted on calls for nothing when someone would've told me you aint getting the parcel till Monday.
