Parcel not delivered

Horrible experience. This is the forrh week my parcel is held. First 3 weeks it was in customs for no apparent reasons until i had to write my experience here. Now they say my parcel can’t be delivered because of incorrect delivery address of which is the same address I use for all deliveries and all other courier companies delivery there without any problem. DHL really makes me regret my purchase never again will I use their services!!!
