Parcel not delivered
I am so disappointed with DHL, they kept my parcel for clearance for more than 8days now, tried calling them nobody gave a clear explanation of what I'd really going or a turn around time. I was on the call holding for more than an hour. They promised that the guy that deals with clearance will call me but I never received a call from anyone. Bad service... Please be advised that your shipment has been stopped by customs for physical inspection.In as much as we endeavor for positive customer experiences we do not control the customs clearance process. The transit times quoted on our shipments is dependent on customs clearance and the customs authorities in the country.
